Four Swags is Simon, Dee, Henry and Kiah the dog: two big swags, a medium one and a little one. We’re a small family, and our favourite thing is getting away together, with friends, with family, or just the four of us in the outdoors.
The beach is our first love, but honestly anywhere will do. Give us a campfire, a glass of wine and a spot to sit back and relax, and that’s a great weekend. We camp most long weekends, and like most camping families we’ve got a shed full of gear that sits idle between trips.
We started Four Swags so that gear gets used. Owners earn from the things they already have, and renters get good gear for a trip without buying it, near home or along the road to where they’re going. More time away, less money tied up in gear.
We keep it simple and fair: free to join, clear fees shown up front, ID checks, handover checklists and photos, and honest two-way reviews. It’s the kind of site we’d want to use ourselves.
