Camp Photo Licence

When you upload a camp photo, you confirm:

• I took this photo, or have the photographer's permission to share it.
• I give Four Swags a free, non-exclusive licence to show this photo, with the name, trip title, location and comment I've entered, on the Four Swags website, app, emails and social media. I keep ownership of my photo.
• Everyone recognisable in the photo has agreed to it being shared. For anyone under 18, I am their parent or guardian, or have that person's consent.

Our promises: we'll only show the town or park you enter, never a street address. We remove hidden location data from the photo file. We may crop the photo or shorten the caption to fit. You can ask us to take your photo down at any time, and we'll remove it from the site within [7] days and stop using it in new posts.
